The 2026 CBS Conference takes place in the Manuels River Community Centre conference room located on the main floor and features a number of speakers presenting talks on topics relevant to business issues and opportunities in the Conception Bay South and surrounding region. Seating is limited and early registration is advised.
Admission to the Conference is free of charge. To register fill out the Conference Registration Form. You will be advised of availability by return email.
The CBS Expo takes place at the Manuels River Community Centre Reception Hall on the main floor. There are 42 tables available to rent measuring 183x92 cm (6x3 ft.). Exhibitors may use freestanding roller banners as space allows, and/or hanging banners or signs to hang from the front of the tables. Two chairs are available for each table. Note: Table cover not supplied. The fee for the exhibit is $60 per table.
To reserve an exhibitor table, choose a table number from the floor plan at right, then fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form.
You will receive confirmation of availability by return email. You can then make payment by Interac e-Transfer via expocbsteam@gmail.com. Please contact us to confirm availability of the table.

Tickets for the Expo are $4. Under 12 years admission is free. Tickets can be purchased by Interac e-transfer via expocbsteam@gmail.com.
CBS Kin Club will be hosting a Kin Kafe in aid of local charities and people in need. They will be serving a cafe style menu of soup, sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, and pizza along with various drinks, snacks, and sweet treats.

During the Expo on Saturday a number of all ages family-friendly activities are planned including a photo booth with appearances by princesses and superheroes plus live entertainment in the lower level. In addition to a door prize, there are a Scavenger Hunt Prize plus hundreds of dollars of Lego and Roblox prizes to be won. Activities include:
